On the morning of August 20, the energy saving assessment report examination meeting of the "Annual production of 100,000 tons of high-strength corrugated paper production line Technical reform Project" of Yiwu Yinan Paper Co., Ltd. was held in Yiwu. Leaders and experts from Yiwu Economic and Development Bureau, Zhejiang Energy Supervision Corps, Wenzhou Energy Supervision Detachment, Zhejiang Energy Conservation Association, Zhejiang Best Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Yiwu Economic and Development Bureau, the meeting listened to the introduction of enterprises and consulting units, after full discussion of the participants, that the project meets the requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission "paper industry development Policy", the project required electricity, steam, water resources, etc. by Huachuan Group and the local water supply department to ensure supply. After the completion of the project, the power consumption per unit product is 330kws/t, the comprehensive energy consumption is 181kgce/t, and the water withdrawal is 10.1m/t, which meets the requirements of GB33/686 "Energy Consumption quota and calculation method of machine Board and Cigarette paper" and "Water intake Quota of paper products".

The leaders and experts at the meeting believe that the project's power supply and distribution system equipment selection is advanced, a large number of energy-saving or universal energy use equipment is used, and the design indicators meet the energy-saving and economic operation standards. And adopted various measures to save electricity, coal, water and so on, there is no backward equipment that the state explicitly eliminated. The site selection of the project is also in line with the Master Plan of Yiwu City, and the energy consumption for 10,000 yuan of industrial added value of the project is controlled below 1.5tce/ 10,000 yuan (equal value), and the energy conservation assessment report has been unanimously approved.

At the meeting, the experts and leaders also put forward three valuable suggestions and opinions on the project. First, after the completion of the project, the energy consumption indicators and energy-saving targets shall be included in the acceptance procedure as an important part of the project completion acceptance, where the design standards are not met, the project completion acceptance shall not be passed and shall not be put into use. Second, in the process of project design and implementation, the release of national and provincial related energy-saving products (equipment) guided catalogs should be followed in a timely manner, and the selection of advanced energy-saving energy equipment should be adjusted in a timely manner. After the completion of the project, the application of variable frequency speed regulating device for fans and pumps that meet the conditions is carried out. At the same time, the feasibility of waste heat utilization of the project is further analyzed. Third, after the completion of the project, the annual energy consumption of more than 10,000 tons of standard coal, for the national key energy units, should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of key energy units to carry out energy-saving work.
